Through interactive discussions, debates, creative projects and problem-solving activities, students will explore fascinating ideas rarely covered in school while developing critical thinking, communication and analytical skills.

Led by inspiring Oxbridge tutors and interdisciplinary humanities specialists, the course encourages students to think independently, challenge assumptions and engage with real-world issues in a stimulating and supportive environment.

Across the summer, students will explore topics ranging from economics, politics and philosophy to literature, classics, mythology and current affairs, helping broaden academic horizons while building confidence and intellectual curiosity.

🔍 Topics May Include

Economics & Current Affairs: inflation, inequality, prices and decision-making
Politics & Philosophy: freedom, ethics, government power and society
English Literature & Creative Writing: poetry, unseen texts and imaginative responses
Classics & Ancient Civilisations: mythology, the underworld and Greek art
Critical Thinking & Debate: learning how to analyse arguments and communicate ideas clearly
✔ University-Style Discussion: exploring “big questions” in a collaborative environment

Students might debate whether billionaires should exist, investigate why prices rise and fall, explore the limits of freedom and government power, reinterpret ancient myths, analyse poetry like Ozymandias, or design their own Greek-style vase inspired by classical storytelling.
