What are some of the difficulties that proving 'intention/ recklessness' when prosecuting a crime can entail? With background information under your belt, you will then complete a legal exercise together, looking at the Actus Reus and Mens Rea elements required for an offence under the Theft Act 1968 s1 and the Criminal Damage Act 1971 s1(2).
